1. Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams with different teams to add and develop cool new features to Android apps.
2. Be the boss of making awesome Android apps that work great and make users happy.
3. Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
4. Check code lots and keep it super good.
5. Lead the development of high-quality Android applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experiences.
6. Stay updated on the latest mobile development trends and technologies.
7. Fix problems to make apps run super fast and smooth.
8. Teach newbie developers and make teamwork awesome.

Qualifications:
Need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
You should have worked for at least 3 years making Android apps.
Strong understanding of the Android SDK and APIs.
You need to be really good at Kotlin and Java.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Knowledge of mobile development best practices and design patterns.
You need to be great at solving problems and have great communication skills.

We Prioritize Candidates with these Plus points:
Have some experience with "reactive programming" like RxJava.
Know about different ways to design patterns and architectural principles like MVVM or MVP.
Have experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store before.
