Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Executive to oversee and implement our search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of SEO principles, and the ability to drive organic traffic growth. As an integral member of our marketing team, you will play a key role in optimizing our online presence and enhancing our visibility across search engines.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
3. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
4. Optimize website structure, content, and meta tags for improved search visibility.
5. Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance website ranking.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance with best practices.
7. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
8. Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B-Tech, Marketing & Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Plus point:
Experience with local SEO and optimizing for geographic regions.
Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as SEM, social media marketing, etc.
Certifications in SEO or related fields.
